I'm not exactly good at giving extremely simple tutorials. If you type an e-mail address on the site, it will automatically be changed into a graphic so that spammers, harvesters, etc don't get at it. See ProtectEmail. Internal links are internal to the wiki, almost every website conceivable has a page. See InternalLinkingGuide.

I wonder if you might consider using your RealName? People generally like to see real people insteaad of pseudonyms (made up aliases), and it also lends more credibility to your contributions. Please see RealPeople.
