Welcome to AboutUs.org. Glad to have you on board. Got your note at Template_talk:CommunityStaffWorkingInPublic about the Working in public wikibox. We do move conversations into archives manually when pages grow very long but often leave them so people can see how far we have progressed and how others have used it in the past. For the moment these wikiboxes are seeing lots of activity especially the RecentVisitors one.
