- Barbara D (frustrated) : I ordered ink from the web site that was supposed to be compatible with my printer. Didn't work - my printer requires some chip in the cartridges. When I called, you knew this and said if I had ordered on the phone you would have told me. Great! I was on hold a very long time - you said you are a small office. Then don't sell to a big audience on the web! I shipped the cartridges back with your label. I am still waiting - about 6 weeks, and have sent you a follow-up e-mail again. BUT - Skipping the back-and-forths about how you conduct business, I want everyone to know that they have better choices for ink than you folks.
