- B E Cohen (frustrated) : There was nothing even satisfactory about my experience with QuickPrint.com. My order was held up due to a "virus," which was understandable. It was then done in 1 color, when the Quickprint order number indicated 2 color, as did the stated price. The ink listed in my order was a Quickprint standard color, differentiating it from the blue color in the 2-color file, which was another Pantone color. I called almost every day for 10 days and sent emails as well. The rep (Donna) was sick, or not there, or not interested. I was finally told by Bonnie, who answered most calls and would "look into it" each time, that she could not do anything since it was "confusing" (isn't it QuickPrint's responsibility to clear up "confusion" BEFORE printing???), and that she was "not authorized to argue" with me. I am challenging this credit card charge, as it was not what I ordered and will make sure your company is known for incompetence and LACK of customer satisfaction. 13:45, 8 September 2008 (PDT)
