Generally on AboutUs, our pages are not only titled with web domains, but they must be about the domain itself. We are not an encyclopedia like Wikipedia, so the content currently on mhs.wcpss.net is not particularly appropriate for our site. Colonial Massachusetts
Massachusetts Massachusetts was founded in 1620 or 1630. The first settlement was at New Plymouth. The Puritans founded the colony because,they wanted to reform the church of England by introducing it to a new form of worship. The major economic activity is in wholesale and retail trade, in finance and insurance, and in government. Massachusetts was a Proprietary Colony. No royal family owned the land
