What We Do Our business is people, and how they come together to form teams.

Our passion is making teams better at product development.

We offer a blend of services that spans training, coaching and what we call advanced services.

We bring many ideas from our favorite agile methods and practices, from Scrum, Lean, XP, TDD, UiX to social science and team psychology, and we apply them with your needs in mind. Simply being dogmatic about a given way of doing something does not help -- and often hurts. We believe that if it’s not working for you, then it’s not working and we need to adapt approach. Our approach is a based on a rich blend of applied training and coaching that is adaptive by input from results.

We measure when something is working for you by the reality being produced at the team level of engagement. This means unobscured results from teams become the critical input for informed decision making at the strategic level.

Our goal is to engage clients at the front lines of product development so that we can understand where you actually are -- and where you can move to next. The aim of product development guides our actions by always proving those methods which result in improved ROI.
