TreeWater Hedge Funds

TreeWater was started with a very simple concept: Create an Asset Class no other Hedge Funds had, the Delta V Asset Class. Delta V standing for “Change in Value.” TreeWater invests only in projects where there is some change in the value of the assets themselves because this is the only way to actually create wealth. Real Estate can be depended upon, over time, to appreciate at a dependable rate according to the market it exists in, however, this is not what TreeWater does. TreeWater creates the market for the property, as it were, by taking properties of extremely low value due to the lack of potable water, but where there is access to non-potable water and geothermal energy then installs geothermal desalination devices in conjunction with World Wide Assets LLC. This change alone increases the value of the asset by at least two orders of magnitude. Then, the land is developed into higher and better uses. These might be housing and forested areas, or resort developments, and so forth, which, again, is not less than a single order of magnitude change. This is the Delta V strategy. Change the value of the underlying asset by several orders of magnitude. While the concept is simple, hedge funds don’t normally do this, rather, they use risky strategies that are most often win-lose strategies. Buying an undervalues asset is a win for the company but a loss for the seller. Investing in the markets are similarly risky and if you win, the person selling lost. These are valid strategies, but again are win-lose strategies that also carry risk. Why bother when you can get several orders of magnitude value changes with much less risk? This is what we do at TreeWater. Contact Bill Seach for more information at (913) 390-8662 or
