SMG/KRC Europe is a group of companies working in the different fields of Human Resources. We have been present on the European market since 1992 where we started in Poland as one of the first companies specialising in providing training & development projects and find candidates for positions at all levels through direct search, or own CV database and by using our very well developed network of Polish companies and topmanagers. Besides our very well known Human Resources company in Poland [1], we started a European Job Portal [2] in december 2007 and in a joint-venture with iD-Logic Media USA we operate a large internet services company [3]. Between 1992-2006 we manned in Poland about four thousand positions, we published about 3500 pages of job advertisements, and we implemented 450 training and consulting projects. In the last ten years the Warsaw Business Journal placed our company at the top of the personnel consulting ranking list three times for our performance in Poland.

We currently employ around 25 persons in our offices in Poland (Katowice, Opole, Warsawa) and the Netherlands (Bergen op Zoom, Groningen, Utrecht). Recruitment, selection, diagnostic, and consulting projects are implemented by consultants with various types of professional background and experience, who provide services of high methodological quality and the best standards of customer care. Our consultants are supported by specialized teams of researchers, psychologists and diagnosticians, as well as database administrators. We have an excellent contact with many of our collegues and are able to organise special teams for large projects or assignments that need special knowhow. By supporting this potential with appropriate technology and communications we are able to take up almost any personnel consulting assignment, regardless of its scope or complexity level.
