Pixy Cell is a branch off of a cellphone repair center based in Cerritos, California. It opened in 2007 and offers cellphones to those who want a new phone without the necessities of another binding contract. A unique thing about Pixy Cell is that it programs their cellphones with their carrier's software so the phones all the features the carrier has to offer.
