- I happen to be the Meg Meyer that writes, mostly non-fiction, in the form of articles, blogs, websites, lenses, and the often procrastinated forthcoming book.
- I also happen to be the Meg Meyer that helps independent creatives & entrepreneurs turn their passions into vocations. (Who doesn't want to love & care about what they do?)
- I also happen to be the Meg Meyer that loves social partnered dancing. West Coast Swing, Salsa, East Coast Swing, Lindy, Cha Cha, Merengue, Hustle, and a few Country Western dances, not to mention the outrageously sexy Blues Dancing. No, I don't compete, but I do enjoy going to competitions, for the fabulous social dancing in the late night hours.
A few more tidbits.
While I've been coding HTML since 1995, I'm fairly new to search engine optimization (SEO) and the idea of monetizing blogs. I've been doing quite a bit of head-spinning research on that.
I find the internet fascinating because just when I think I know what I'm doing, there's something new and exciting to learn.
I used to teach clients how to use the internet, back in the '90's, when I was a professional internet researcher & trainer. I often trained myself out of a job. ;)
I have a few websites that I write for, pull my hair out over, and genuinely want to see succeed. I never seem to be able to "leave well enough alone," and so the work is never done, to my satisfaction.
