I want to be developed and coached so I can move up to the next level. I concentrate on being effective, not efficient. If I match up with a company as far as what the company requirements are for a position, I prefer a 70% match. Then I have 30% left to grow in the company. With those combined percentages, the company will have an employee giving 100% to the goals of the organization.
