GARY CARDONE, Founder and CEO of Cardone Real Estate Holdings, LLC.

I spent 22 years in the energy markets and am considered an expert in natural gas and electricity markets around the world. I was one of the first 12 commercial employees of Natural Gas Clearinghouse, helping it to become a Fortune 100 company (DYN). In 1993, I moved to London and completed an exhaustive study of the market. I was the architect of Accord Energy, which generated $250 mm to its host in less than 3 years. After its sale I created another company to further exploit the energy markets in England and Europe, which was valued at close to 1 billion dollars by 2001 with 600 employees. I retired from energy in 2002 and returned to the US where I worked with my twin brother, Grant, in real estate. I have a degree in Marketing and Economics from McNeese State University, and I am married with one child.
