What is "Search & Renovate" ? and why is it of benefit to me ?
"Search & Renovate" is our unique client driven service, which is able to deliver quality properties, with a project management service that is tailor-made to individual clients needs and budgets. The benefit to you is that you receive a personal professional service, managed in France by Charente Gems, with feedback reports, stage-by-stage photography and an individual "client private page" within the Charente Gems Website, with a URL address known only to you, where progress reports on your project are stored.
A service that is truly matched to your needs and requirements. For instance, you can opt for a total renovation project, so that all you need to do is move your furniture into your chosen "Gem" when it is finished !! Or you can specify that the property is made functionally "habitable" , where we oversee the installation of the essential services such as electrics, simple sanitation etc as well as basic "weather-proofing" of the structure ( maybe a new roof etc ) ... and then hand the project over to you to complete the renovations yourself, in your own time.
