Biplab Saha is an experienced outsourcing professional with experience in the media services & financial services verticals. Biplab is currently engaged with the print & online media services vertical, where he is helping print & online media companies connect with the right outsourcing vendors for copy editing, page design & digitizing solutions through his role as Sr. Vice President - Publishing Services at CyberMedia (www.cybermedia.co.in) . Earlier Biplab co-founded LeadPointer Inc, a marketing services company that provides end-to-end services for the mortgage orgianators in the US. Biplab Saha has extensive exposure in selling and providing client services to small and medium enterprises across the USA.

Biplab Saha's career spans through 12 years in varied roles in sales, operations and business development for companies in the internet services, call center technology, mortgage and publishing services businesses.

Biplab’s areas of expertise are P&L management, process migration and implementation, service delivery and in general management. Along with being the co-founder of LeadPointer Inc, Biplab was CEO of Protel Infoserve Pvt Ltd, a service delivery unit based out of Gurgan, Delhi NCR, India.

Prior to starting up LeadPointer Inc., Biplab was a Senior Program Manager with Parsec Interact Inc, Mountain view CA. Biplab was a founding Team Member of Parsec's start-up BPO Services division headquartered out of California USA. Parsec Intereact’s primary objective was to transition the call center function of mortgage origination companies from US to India. Biplab wore multipple hats in his role with Parsec: as a pre-Sales Resource for US Sales team, as the key player in any project transitioning activity & as the Head of the Program Management function.

Biplab moved to Parsec Interact Inc. from Parsec Technologies India Ltd, where he was their Project Manager. Parsec Technologies is a leading technology provider for call centers and delivers a complete suite of call center solutions centered around their Predictive Dialer. It has a wide installation base across the Asia Pacific region. As Project Manager, Biplab was responsible overseeing the installation, commissioning and hand-over of Parsec’s call center solution at the client’s site across North & West India. Biplab’s roles included Project Pricing (Manhours & BoM), Project Planning & Project Implementation. Biplab reported to the Chief Operating Officer - Asia-Pac Region of Parsec Technologies.
