INTRODUCING MYSELF

Hi, I'm Annette Bromley and I live in the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont. I'm a freelance writer and sometimes I actually get paid to write. That's cool. I'm 65+ and I no longer work in the "rut job" world. I guess the word here is retired but retirement is not what it really is because I am more busy than I was when I held a regular "9-5 job" and was subject to the demands of my employer. I also post at other websites, hoping to be discovered, SMILE, but more than that sharing what I love best, the things I have discoverd and learned about in my 65+ years of living; things I learned about my God, my Country, my State, my community, being a kid, growing up, growing old, my family, this Earth we live on, the adventures and mis-adventures of just being human, the stumbling blocks and stepping stones of our lives, all told about in my poems, essays, articles, short stories and children's stories, opinion pieces (editorial type stuff) with anyone who chooses to read them. I love writing and I love doing research.

I hope that you will find the writings I share here interesting and good reading. I hope they will be helpful and encouraging in some way to the reader.
