Much has changed since 1984, when Philip E. Trowbridge (our founder) entered the collection industry with a large national firm. The Internet has given us tools that were not even thought possible at that time. We use these tools and systems to be efficient and cost competitive. However, the real work and success in our industry still remains person-to-person contact and communication skills. That has not changed in nearly 20 years. And, we don't see it changing anytime soon.
