Green & Gold International Exports was established in 1979 as a single proprietorship. The company was registered in 1980 as a food manufacturer and exporter. The operations employed over 500 workers in 5 different plants and locations all over the Philippines. Sales from zero to US$20 millions in 1985.

In 1990, the company started marketing and distributing sugar. Successfully marketing sugars into the Philippines which is a major worldwide sugar producing exporting country. Due to supply shortage and pricing, the sugar suppliers have been expanded to include origins from Malaysia, Korea, Thailand and London.

In 1997, Green & Gold diversified to herbal medicine. Appointed as the distributor for CHINA NO. 1 TIAN XIAN anti-cancer herbal products.
