This supplement does contain caffeine. Which, as stated before, nutritionists do not recommend for daily ingestion because caffeine is a strong stimulant which may cause adverse side effects, such as jitteriness, headaches and nausea. Furthermore, with caffeine in the formula this product should not be taken late in the day or it may cause disruption in sleep patterns for some.
