I was a senior vice president of Metromail Corporation (now part of Experian), one of the industy's largest mailing list suppliers. My experience also includes having been an account executive at a direct marketing agency, direct mail manager for two major mailers, westcoast representative for the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and a consultant to many major mailers. Now I devote my time to lecturing, consulting and assisting small businesses on how to use direct mail more effectively.
