The Descendants (TD) is a circle of friends in MMOG, spread all over the sphere, hooked up online and having stayed hooked up for years.
The Descendants (TD) was first founded in Anarchy Online. Our first members had known each other since the early days of Everquest and had founded one previous guild called Craft Keepers in Dark Age of Camelot. Since then, we have travelled together in many MMOG lands, including Earth & Beyond, Everquest, Star Wars Gallaxies, World of Warcraft, Everquest II, etc.
We are for the most part, rather casual and our members are in general young adults and adults (with rare exceptions when our kids join us). But that does not mean we cannot be focused or addicted to fun stuff. We just try to go with the flow and focus on the fun part, instead of the power part or the winning part. Like every other guild, we have had our ups and downs, laughters and angers, but we have managed to stick together thus far. Well I guess that’s because we share our love of beers and pies and llamas…
