Test edits are made on a wiki when someone is experimenting with this new technology and its openness.
They come in many forms, someone may blank a page, remove a logo, leave a bad word, add information about their company or self or just simply leave a test message.
Because we at AboutUs.org rely heavily on one of our core values, AssumeGoodFaith our first inclination is to think that any of the edits noted above are simply testing out the open nature of the wiki site here. It takes work for someone to be Blocked or considered an unconstructive contributor, we try to leave a message on your TalkPage to understand what you are trying to do.
One reason we are so open is that just as easy as it is to edit, it is as easy or easier to revert.
