- I am a Cleveland, TN native, being born and raised in the local area. I received my auctioneer license in 1990 at Nashville Auction School. I attended Lee University and Cleveland State College. In 1998, I attended Tennessee Real Estate Educational System School where I obtained my Affiliate Broker License. After fulfilling the Tennessee Real Estate Commission requirements of additional schooling and continuing education, I received my TN Real Estate Broker's License. This was a great success for me. My wife, Amy, helps cashier at our auctions. My current hobbies include spending time with my family, coaching little league baseball, soccer, and attending University Of Tennessee football games with friends.
