USAGE

to use this template box on your page, place the code somewhere on the page. The box will always appear on the left side of the page, but can be moved by use of tables.
the coding should look like this..

Of course.. add the appropriate information after each =

If you wish to leave something out, simply dont add info after the =

for the image, you must upload the image (upload link is on the lsit on the left), then use the proper wiki code to display the image.
