On Friday 5th November a security update was applied to the server which hosts the email accounts for web-svr-001. If your hosting account resides on this server you may have experienced some issues sending and receiving email over the last 12 hours. We have since found the problem and resolved it. If you are still having any issues please send through a support desk ticket by logging into the account manager and listing both the error message and email accounts you are having problems with.
