Description
For the 2005-2006 season, we will hold five "Jazz At Noon" concerts in the Heritage Center, 2140 14th Avenue in Vero Beach. Concerts start at 12:30 pm and run until about 3:00 pm (doors open at 11:00 am). We have a buffet lunch and bar service available for an additional charge. Members may also purchase reserved seats for the entire season.
In addition we will hold one evening jazz performance in the Vero Beach Museum of Art Auditorium. This performance will be held at 8pm.
Our members are people who love good music, including melodic and swinging jazz. While our artists include a variety of styles and instrumentation, we generally feature mainstream jazz as represented by the music of the great songwriters (Berlin, Porter, Rogers, Mercer - to name a few) -- as well as many jazz classics and originals.
