Sunrise Holiday Concepts, Inc. (SHCI) is a subsidiary of Specified Contractors and Development, Inc. (SCDI). It is an establishment duly licensed by the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission as a dealer/broker of timeshare certificates through Sunrise Vacation Club which is affiliated with Resorts Condominiums International (RCI) - the world's largest vacation exchange company with more than 4,000 affiliated resorts in 100 different countries worldwide. Our product offers the members the opportunity to purchase or own a holiday accommodation in our resort. We make it possible for people to buy their holiday home at the time they want to take a holiday. To that, we have over 2,000 members and still growing rapidly.
Incorporated in 1982, SCDI is a responsive entity that believes in the pursuit of service and excellence, with adherence to a strict code of ethics in developing human settlements and in advancing trade and commerce through construction and engineering works. Consistent with its philosophy as responsible corporate citizens, SCDI is building condominiums where government and private executives, tourist, VIP's, business professionals and their families can live comfortably and even luxuriously. SCDI has its own development projects which the company is proud of, such as the nine-storyXavierville Square Condominium located right at the heart of the plush Xavierville Subdivision in Loyola Heights, Quezon City and the 160 rooms Sunrise Holiday Mansion located at the Royale Tagaytay Estates in Alfonso, Cavite.
