January 16th - Feb. 15th, and March 1st to April 15th, 2006 at $19000 per week. These are the only dates available in 2006 and 07 until December 15th, 2007 when the Estate becomes available again. Christmas and New Year rates for 2007-08 are $35,000 per week.
Reservation Terms: We will accept a reservation with a 50% deposit. The balance is due 60 days in advance of arrival. To request a reservation send an email to Vanette@wanadoo.fr with the dates you would like to reserve and the number of bedrooms. Vanette will send you a reservation confirmation document that you can send with your deposit payment. . All rentals are based on a maximum of double occupancy per bedroom. We do have a crib and high chair that is available.
