Description
Debora is a graduate of San Jose State University with a Bachelor’s and higher education in Psychology. Debora is twice published for her research in fitness and mental health as sole author. Currently, Debora is continuing her education with the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology’s Clinical Ph.D. program with a research and educational tract. Her interests include Body awareness, achieving and manifesting goals, transformation and self-realization.
With 19 years of experience in the field of health and wellness, Debora has several certifications including the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Her wide range of yoga studies includes Yin, Bikram, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and restorative Yoga.
In addition to an extensive education in psychology, yoga and fitness, Debora has completed the Basic, Intermediate, Advance and Master-Teacher training in Integrated Energy Therapy (IET). Her passion for energy healing is a supportive and gentle style that enables individual growth and self-exploration. Debora completed her massage certificate so she can better assist her clients physical and emotional healing by “getting the issues out of the tissues”.
