01 Aug 2006 - Due to circumstances beyong their control, the organizers have called off rounds 10-12 in Bogor, Indonesia, and have decided to hold six races next month at the same venue.
Racing in wet conditions, Tyson Sy came all the way from 10th to finish fourth after a tight and see-sawing battle with Dado Pena from the 8th up to the last lap.
15 July 2006- Filipino Tyson Sy fell prey to bad luck in the rain drenched rounds 6 and 7 of the Asian Formula 3 series held at the Zhuhai International Circuit. Sy, who did not score a point in round 6 found himself in the gravel trap as he attempted to get past Aran Racing’s Moreno Soeprapto.
