This site is a labor of love and it is not only the efforts of SouthernMost Development that have made it possible but also the people of the southernmost tip of Africa.
It is their friendly smiles and hospitality that have made the construction of this site a pleasure. Our thanks also goes to all those who have supplied us with information and photos.
The Author and his wife have traveled the Overberg extensively documenting it and its people. For the most part, the Overberg is relatively isolated and it is here that many of its treasures are to be found.
