I originally came up to this area to attend Ferris State University and after discovering the many fishing opportunities the area had to offer decided to stay. I have been a full time guide for the last 12 years. I currently spend an average of 240+ days each year either guiding or fishing. The best part of my job is seeing the smile someone gets after catching their first steelhead or the fish of a lifetime.
