- Welcome to the official site of Shape Up Montana a team wellness program designed to get Montana to "Shape Up". This program takes health care by the horns by getting people involved in their wellness. Shape Up Montana works because of the team format; making fitness fun and creating accountability. Since 1990 Montana has steadily increased in obesity among adults and children. In 1990 Montana's adult population was less than 10% obese, in 1999 we were at 14.7%, in 2007 we hit 22.6%.The Big Sky State Games understands that these are trends we need to change. That's why we are encouraging all Montanans' to embrace the Shape Up Montana program.
