That this Section perform its function of mutual association of members, to promote uniformity of thinking and action relative to fire training and education, and to provide a medium for exchange of information and ideas among Fire Training Officers.

The goal of this section shall be to accomplish its mission and objectives in a manner consistent with that of the Parent Organization (San Diego County Fire Chiefs' Association).
