Sawestcoast.com has grown rapidly since it was published on 22 June 2000. It started out as a small website promoting and marketing the West Coast of South Africa. We always strive to present our visitors with new information and links about our beautiful region. This is made possible by the many contributions made by our friends on the West Coast, from other South African regions as well as from all over the world.
We thank you all for being so supportive and for sharing our vision, ie, to promote the West Coast as a region in its own right.
Whilst many marketing and tourism agencies include the West Coast in their broader advertising strategies, (usually somewhere under the "Western Cape", a huge region!) our focus is to dedicate our services to this region and it's people.
