Having vacationed on Sanibel Island for many years we finally could not resist buying our own little piece of paradise on one of the most beautiful and special barrier islands in Florida. After searching all of the properties on Sanibel Island we knew we had to be right on the beach, so we chose one of the closest condos to the beach on the island. At only 20 feet to the beach you will be able to just sit back, relax, and unwind, on the 25 foot screened lanai. Enjoy the panoramic view over looking the warm blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy sun soaked beaches. Enjoy dolphins playing along the shore or explore for the perfect souvenir shell on over 12 miles of one of the worlds most famous shelling beaches located right at your front door.
We chose a one bedroom beach front condo because there are only 56 located on Sanibel Island. This allows us to offer some of the best rates and value for a true beach front condo. When you stay with us we want it to feel like home. To accomplish this we make upgrades often and work to insure the condo is maintained in excellent condition. We also provide many extras not offered by other owners and rental agencies on the island. Check our amenities list for details.
Another added value is that we do not use an outside cleaning service. We instead have our own personal housekeeper who cleans the condo every week. This allows for more personalized and through attention to the details and makes the condo really shine. Whether your staying for one week or several weeks a weekly clean will always be provided at no extra charge. We also use our own high quality personal linens, not a linen service, and provide a washer and dryer in the condo for your personal convenience.
