About SamSERV SamSERV was started by Pat Norton in 2002. Previously Pat had been doing web design work for himself and some friends. When he and his wife purchased a home he knew that he needed to have some tree work done but didn't have the cash to afford it. He approached another small company in the Milwaukee area about bartering services. Hoppe Tree Service accepted and SamSERV web design was born.
