Salsa Brava is the brainchild of Rosa Garcia. A first generation Mexican American, Rosa is an entrepreneur who saw two emerging trends early: the need for healthy and authentic mexican food in the fast-growing Inland Empire. The young families and professionals who are making this part of Los Angeles their home can now enjoy authentic and healthy mexican food, without the added MSG and lard so often found in regular fast-food.
Based on her grandmother's traditional recipes from Michoacan, Rosa blended the old with the new, after a lot of hard work perfecting new and spicy sauces and salsas. The restaurant offers a pleasant and open ambience, with pop latino tunes on the stereo, and great smells and sounds coming from the open kitchen.
