Throughout the years, RYNO has built a team of skilled technicians in various cities based upon customer requirements and developed dedicated systems and processes to effectively support the delivery of affordable, reliable onsite technical support. Today, the company has expanded to deliver outsourced field support in over 20 states across the nation.
In mid-2005, RYNO's management team began to turn its attention to the IT challenges small to medium-sized businesses face. The company utilized its history and experience in delivering onsite technical support and applied it to the small to medium-sized business market with the introduction of its Small Business portfolio of services. These services were created to help small to medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations utilize technology to improve their productivity and lower their costs.
