About Us
We first considered the idea of coming to Rustic Lodge because we thought it might be a good way to build a stronger family. It would be a chance to let our kids learn how to work, understand business, build social skills and develop some real character. Well, they've become real mountain-loving 'characters' alright, but we still think we made the right decision.
We also wanted to build a place where people could 'get away,' charge their 'batteries' and spend some quality time with their family members. We've still got a ways to go, but hopefully we are on the right track. Bottom line, we just love it here, and hope that you and your family will enjoy your stay with us just as much.
We call Rustic Lodge "A True Escape." And we try to make it just that: A true escape, at least for a few days, from the craziness, pollution and general stresses of your 'other' life. Then, when you return to real life, you'll be fresh and clear enough to solve the world's---or at least your world's, biggest problems.
