- We have monthly meetings on the first Thursday of every month except December when we have our annual dinner. At some of the monthly meetings, we bring in Guest Speakers of interest to the community. RACA issues a monthly newsletter recapping our last meeting with a calendar of upcoming events and noting any member information in the Backfence section. The Councilman attends our meetings, gives us council reports and answers any questions. Some of our local businesses advertise and offer coupons in our newsletter.
