Jody Harris graduated from Texas Tech University's Chemical Engineering Department in 1992. After college he worked in the petroleum refining industry for five years as a process engineer, project engineer, support engineer and maintenance engineer. It was during this career that the importance of internal company communications (or the lack there of) made an impression on him as what makes and breaks companies.
Since leaving the petroleum industry, he has worked in many areas of the internet world, specifically internet programming and web content management.
