- I must love sitting - because it’s all I do. I’d play golf if I loved golf and I’d exercise if I loved exercise, but my behavior is clear - I love sitting and I spend hours doing it each day. Yeah, the mental beast nags me with it’s ritualistic chorus of “You should take a walk.” or “Look at that treadmill calling you.” but it’s become a familiar song in the background of my day that just gets drowned out with real music and mounds of “To Do’s” ready to distract me.
