- From 2003 to 2005, the electronic dance-pop project Pulse State was in a stage of great creativity. The project, manned in the studio solely by Detroit area resident Mike Phipps, produced no less than 14 remixes for many artists including Sero.Overdose, Ayria and Electrophile, as well as several songs of its own, before being laid dormant for several reasons. Recently, however, Pulse State has been reactivated with a bang! Producing its first remix in over two years, as well as having new songs and ideas in the works once again, the project has experienced a renaissance of sorts.
