Starting out on a shoestring budget we setout to do what a lot of other businesses fail to do, and that is to provide a more personal approach to service the clients. We all know that the one thing customers want, no matter how large or small they are, is to be treated with professionalism, dignity and respect. So whenever we do a job for our customers we make sure that is kept in mind.
We started out just by servicing mainly the private sector, then slowly made the transformation to the business community. Now we have a very large database where we continue to look after the same regular clientele. We advertised lightly in the beginning and once we made it into the Yellowpages we realized that the need to advertise all over the place was no longer required.
We are proud to say that 2005 was definitely a major boost to our business and we also recognize that we have a long way to go. The computer industry is a very competitive area and we strive to provide the very best service that can be offered.
