Phonexpo was set up in October 2004 for the Irish mobile phone user as a help forum for people who had problems with their handsets. When phonexpo was originally set up it was set up as a forum were people came to talk about problems with their mobile phones. It was on a very basic forum format called Sudden Launch, then we upgraded to a better forum system by phpbb in April 2005. But recently due to amount of growth of our forum members and their needs from us we’ve upgraded the forum again to vBulletin system made by Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
