PEKA Professional Property Management Ltd. is a licensed, full service property management company whose office is conveniently located in a prominent downtown Canmore location. PEKA has been operating in the Bow Valley since 1978 and is the largest professional property management company in the valley. We currently manage an extensive inventory of privately owned rental properties, condominium complexes, and commercial buildings. This contributes experience in budgeting and cost control practices which must accommodate a wide variety of investment strategies. PEKA's office is fully staffed by ten full time employees. Office hours are Monday to Saturday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, or by appointment if regular office hours are not convenient. All PEKA phones have voice mail, thus enabling an excellent 24 hour coverage One of our staff is on call at all times after hours
