About two and half years ago we went on a traveling journey through Mexico and Central America and found our little peace of paradise here in Ma Pais, Costa Rica.
After running a successful restaurant in Santa Teresa and with the birth of our baby girl, Zoe Christianna, we started "Peace of Mind", rentals and property management. Jesse is a skilled carpenter and handy man, while Irabella has years of experience in hotel management.
If you could stand on the beach right now you would understand. Mal Pais and Santa Teresa has just the right mix of tourism while still maintaining that small town feel set in some of the most pristine coastline of Costa Rica. Watching the sunset in the evening, waking up to the sound of heavy surf in the morning and being able to walk out the front door anytime to our favorite beach spots are just some of the magical aspects of living here.
