Description
The Open Sword Group is a close-knit community of three programmers: Andy Matuschak, Ian Henderson, and Joe Osborn, plus an artist: Miguel Estupiñan.
Each member acts as programmer, project manager, evangelist, or designer, based on the particular needs of the current situation. The agility of Open Sword Group's structure is its great strength: we are organized enough to operate, but not so organized that we stagnate. We have just as much infrastructure as needed, and no more.
The Group itself acts as an outlet for the personal and group projects of the three. The flagship project of Open Sword Group is Pixen, the premiere program for pixel art on Mac OS X.
