Founded in the early 1990’s as an IT consultancy, OpenService produced product versions of its tools over time. Well funded and with a growing track record of successful security information management implementations as well as an established enterprise network correlation software customer base, our enterprise software customers include Sonnenschein, Ace Hardware, Citi, Connexion by Boeing, Raytheon and Visa. Public sector customers include Argonne National Laboratories, as well as US federal agencies and branches of the US military. OpenService has published more enterprise security information management customer successes publicly during 2004 than any of our competitors, a testament to our values, approach and technology.
Our investors include Advent International, one of the world’s leading venture capital firms, who led an $8 million ‘C’ round in November 2003.
