Title
The Oakville Inn
Description
The Oakville Inn has a long history in Oakville, opening as the Halton Inn back in the 1940's. A tavern used to occupy the main floor of the building and many long-time Oakville residents share stories about growing up as a frequent Halton tavern customer. Our rooftop sign is a vintage 50's-era neon sign that has been 'grandfathered' by the Town of Oakville and therefore is the only permitted roof sign in Oakville. It is still a beacon to visitors travelling east or west along Lakeshore Road in downtown Old Oakville.
Whether visiting resident friends or family, in town for a business meeting or simply looking to 'Indulge in a little Oakville', at the Oakville Inn a helpful staff is eager to make your stay a pleasant and peaceful experience.
